This is what teaching is about. I’m getting fed up of worrying that teachers are hurting kids feelings by giving them failing grades. If they don;t work hard and do what’s required, they should fail.

So they want to change a fail, to “Deferred success”, Arrrgh. Soon there will be no need to work hard, everyone will end up with the same end result. Let’s hope that never happens.
